Host was very responsive and helpful. The bus was right across the street & helpful. If you do rent a car , street parking is hard to find unless you get lucky. But other than that, I really had a great experience at Harry Potter Suites! "

Check in through Expedia was overly complex and took way too much time. 1 hr early check in and 1 hr late check out both denied due to cleaner schedule—not a catastrophe but also not ideal. Rooms have small in-wall heaters with separate manual thermostats for each. "This place is in a beautiful area and easy to get around. It was very clean and cute. I loved waking up and looking at the forestry area across the street. Communication is top notch! I did have issues with the stairs, but that not their issue. I would recommend that if you are not a couple you get seperate rooms. Even then, it is cheaper than a hotel. I would stay there again! "
