"Great location, quiet with lakeside view. I have not given 4stars simply due to the heat in the room, no AC and windows only open around 5CMs. It’s a terrible shame as the room was spotlessly clean and superb shower room."

"An excellent place to stay in for local events and beyond. However, if you travel from far away using a EV you may struggle to find any working ev charging station nearby unfortunately."

"We had a lovely weekend at The Red Lion. The staff were incredibly helpful both ahead of and during our stay, and the pub food and breakfasts were very tasty. Our room felt a little dated and in need of maintenance in places, especially in the bathroom, but it served its purpose for our stay and we would be happy to go again."

"We had an amazing stay, gorgeous shepherds huts in a lovely location. So nice to have the pub nearby! We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture! Highly recommend!"

The room was perfect, the staff were lovely and the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious (we stayed 5 days for the F1 race and ended up eating at the hotel restaurant for every breakfast and dinner). A wonderful experience. We can’t wait to visit again next year."
