"Everything about the Beausite was perfect. Staff very attentive and friendly. The extras are appreciated-- the slippers, robes, ski locker room (heated for drying out gear), saunas were fabulous. The treats in the room each day were so nice as well. Breakfast buffet was excellent-- I am a tea drinker and loved the tea station. Thank you for an excellent stay!"

"Perfect location right near the train station. The hotel is very clean and my room was nicely furnished. The price was reasonable for Zermatt and what stood out was the service. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I used the private steam room/sauna one day and it was wonderful after skiing. I'd gladly stay again."

"The perfect Hotel if you want to go to Zermatt!!!! Everything was great. I’ll need a few pages to describe how good this place is. We felt like at home. The amenities , restaurant, breakfast, room, sauna, pool…. All 5 stars Just to mention a few people like Albano at reception, Bastian at restaurant, Stefan always so helpful, Cristina in housekeeping. Will come back again. Just across from Sunnega tram a close to everything. Highly recommendable "

"Beautiful classic hotel! Breakfast was pretty good! One thing that stands out are the staff, all of them were fantastic! I would definitely come back and stay here again. "We reserved a Matterhorn view with extra price for the stay in May. Our room was on the first floor with partial view of Matterhorn and not much privacy which was somewhat disappointing. The hotel was quiet overall but the lights switches were very confusing. We asked for a train station pick up but they asked us to call even though we told them we didn’t have a phone number."

"The restaurant was so uunique and beautiful in its design, and the pizza was delicious! Front desk staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful!"

"Very nice facility centrally located. We could walk to everything we need. Only yards away from train. Our room had a view of the Matterhorn. Only negative is construction site next to the facility but it had no effect on us"
