"Our bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were crispy white. Lots of fluffy towels including several face cloths. The room was updated with a cute, red refrigerator and lamps with USB-C outlets by the bedside. We were in room 2, close to the office. Despite the immediate proximity to so much, it was much quieter than I expected. Staff made a great effort to accommodate, like dropping and picking up bags early/late despite not being fully staffed (which we knew.) My only complaint was the...

"Location convenient by cab or uber to everything. Room was clean and staff very friendly. A low key type of vibe— not big chain , no extra fees etc. . No tv in room no frig and no maid service during our 4 day stay. We were able to take towels down to lobby for fresh ones. Recommended for a no frills out of the main action type of spot. We would stay there again"

"Room was not up to par to what we seen on the pictures before hand. There was literally no furniture in the room just two beds. The tv didn’t work at all. There was a closet but no bar to even hang clothes on. There was no iron to iron clothes. There was no hot water the first two nights we were there. In the bathroom there was mold all over the walls. Toilet seat wouldn’t stay up and I had boys with me. This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at in New Orleans I would definitely not...

"I didn’t stay. Getting through the gate was easy. Paid early check in and couldn’t get in staff able to assist quickly. As soon as I walked in the room it smelled like marijuana. The floor was swept but not mopped. I stayed in the room 5-10mins before just leaving and booking a new flight home."

"Older property. Very dated. Outdoor corridors. Small pool. Steal gates on all entry points. Very average breakfast. Unfriendly staff, especially the two girls on the desk during check-in on Friday 24th April 2026. Booked through Expedia and this property was rated as a VIP stay. Nothing VIP offered, not even a water. Noisy AC unit and 24/7 external light in the room from a blind that sits just above the AC and in no ways blocks light. Average area too. Adjacent to freeway. Walked to a shopping...

"The Breakfast was very good. It was one of the best I had in a hotel. Parking was easy, close to the front door. "

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. Having a 24hr IHOP connected was convenient. One of the elevators was often down but it wasn't very far of a walk to get to the other, working elevator. One of the drawers kept getting stuck but other than that, the room was great. The balcony was nice. We were able to catch a beautiful sunrise one of the mornings. Overall, I would say it was worth the price. I would stay there again."
