"I was absolutely terrified with the reviews this place had and ima keep it honest. ITS NOT EVEN THAT BAD. Room was cold which is good the heat is wild out there. Bed was comfortable, my tv worked at least and the room was spacious and gave me all I needed. As for the last 2 days there was a leak but it didn’t really affect anything for me I just put the garbage under it to drip. Bri and Mariah were awesome absolutely lovely. Is it a 5 star hotel? "I did not like that you had to use 3 entirely different elevators from parking you use 1 elevator to the 2nd floor to check in. The. You use another different elevator to go to ur room. To get to the hotel restaurant you need to go to 2nd floor walk around the checkin area and take a 3rd elevator to the 3rd floor to eat. NOT A GOOD SET UP"

"Overall, our stay was good, the rooftop terrace was nice , and the hotel was very clean. I should mention that there is a visible homeless population within view of the hotel; but, the hotel has a security office posted outfront of the hotel and we never felt unsafe during our stay. "

"Beautiful property. Very central location. Lovely, romantic courtyard. We did not have a top sheet on our bed during our stay, thought I asked for one, only a duvet. But it was too warm to use a blanket or sheet anyway! Hospitable staff."

"This is a small and unique property, with a very welcoming staff. It is a "throw back" to the times when hotels were a special place and not a chain commodity. The rooms were large and well appointed. The hotel is close to the Vieux Carre, but far enough away from the madness of Bourbon Street. Our room had the best hotel shower ever - which says a lot about the quality of the property in general. I would not hesitiate to stay there again."

"Destination fee was a farce. I had 2 rooms. I had one bar tab and could not use both vouchers because all the tab was charged to one room. Terrible!"

"Wonderful hotel in the French Quarter. Close to shops, bars, restaurant. Wonderful having our car parked and safe on site."

"Customer service was excellent. Front desk was very accommodating with early arrival. Continental breakfast was convenient. Location was in the far corner of the French quarter but it forced us to walk off all the calories of excellent food we ate. The only downside to our stay was the mattress. My back killed me every morning waking up. Zero support."
