"The hotel was great! It’s not the Hilton or Sheraton, which I knew, but it still took a moment to get used to it. But once I did, it has the charm of New Orleans that I wanted and the chain hotels do not. I felt like I went back in time, albeit with a nice modern bathroom and small kitchen area with a sink, microwave and mini-refrigerator. "The property is very close to the French quarter and Frenchmen street. The pool was outdoors and a great place to chill after walking in the may new Orleans heat. We had a nice breakfast each morning which set us up to get on with our day. We had two rooms and each was unique and very pretty. Our bathroom was a bit small but the second room had a very large bathroom. Shower water pressure was great. I would recommend to all."

"Beautiful property. Very central location. Lovely, romantic courtyard. We did not have a top sheet on our bed during our stay, thought I asked for one, only a duvet. But it was too warm to use a blanket or sheet anyway! Hospitable staff."

"Grenoble House is a hidden gem! The grounds are lovely, especially the jacuzzi/pool oasis area. The room was also a proper one bedroom apartment, which was excellent for my 6 day stay. Although check in is virtual, staff is accessible and very helpful. Also, you’re only a block away from Bourbon St, but the only thing you can hear is birds chirping. I don’t like staying in the French Quarter, but despite that, I’ll definitely be back."

"We had a nice stay at the Hyatt House. Kristin at the front desk was wonderful! The room was a nice size, the bed comfy and the room amenities were perfect for our stay. The price per night was fair and everyone was friendly. If you have to use the parking garage I thought that price was pretty high, but we just used Lyft for our transportation needs."

"Everything was kinda mid. We enjoyed the stay and the room was nice, but the valets were unhelpful. They didn't assist us or offer their services willingly, such is crazy considering you have to pay close to $60 per night and it's mandatory to use the service."

"The room was clean but smelled musky. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The parking was full and we had to pay to park two blocks away at a 24 hour convince store."
