"Room was clean enough, but the sink wasn’t draining well. Furniture was new but overall room was old. Air conditioning was provided by unit that vented to outdoor hallway. The exhaust tube was poorly connected to the unit and came undone while we were out at dinner. So it was venting INTO the room, causing the interior temperature to rise up to 88 degrees. "Location was good. Long walk to French Quarter was doable. Fresh market across the street was excellent. Very large buffet selection. the parking was OK. I parked in front upon arrival and never moved the car. Took Lyfts everywhere. The garden is very nice and there are several sitting areas, one for each room. You have to be a tad careful since there are steps and twists and turns which can be slippery when wet. The room was very nice with a quirky, eclectic vibe. And, there were 4 USB-A ports...

"The closeness of the location made it easy to walk to any restaurant in the French quarter but the electronic phone hotel card had defects the whole time to the point we had to request a physical copy. The staff was helpful and courteous."

"I will definitely stay at The Grenoble House again. The location is perfect. The street is busy without being loud or crowded. Blocks from Bourbon and Canal streets. The room was surprisingly well kept and modern. The staff were all very helpful and professional. All in all one of the best places I have stayed in New Orleans."

"Nothing short of wonderful! Spacious, secluded, beautiful courtyard and lovely pool. Close walking distance to all the French Quarter has to offer. Audubon Cottages will now be our home away from home when we visit NOLA every year! Thanks Jeffery for being AMAZING!"
