I’ll be honest, I didn’t realize my checkout time and that part was my mistake. But they packed up and removed all my belongings without informing me. "Walkable to Bourbon. Confirmed booking on 16th floor and when we arrived, given 4th floor with a terrible view. Breakfast was suitable. There is security at main door as you cant get in without a key. "
