"I've been to this property many times. The breakfast is good, but they do not have any gluten free bread items. The staff is very friendly, one staff member made decaf coffee for me at night when the urn was empty. I will go back to this property."

"I've stayed here MANY times and every time is great honestly. My only real complaints this trip is that one of the elevators isnt functioning leaving 1 elevator for the entire hotel. It took a really long time to get up to our room or down to the pool or to leave. The other thing was the large group of school aged children constantly in the main lobby area making checking in or simply getting past them challenging. (Not to mention their charter bus took up literally EVERY SINGLE dedicated...

"Our room was clean and comfortable but we had several issues with the bathroom. Saturday morning we reported that the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom sink was not draining and that the shower doors would not stay shut. We were told it would be taken care of by the time we returned. The toilet seat was fastened but nothing else was addressed. "Shops nearby, the staff was not helpful, don't ask for towels, pillows, quiet, police everywhere looking for people with warrents. It's endless. Wifi sucks, doesn't work for crap. TV was awful. It's cheap but not worth it. Specially when we got a king size bed with 3 flat pillows, it was my mother and I and he wouldn't give us any more pillows or give me any extra towels."
