"The parking lot was secured (gate) at night with guest access. My room was beyond an additional security door- I felt very safe. Towels replaced daily- trash taken out. Bed was comfortable. I would describe everything as Nice. "

The have a great policy to get your $100 hold back to you very quickly (within hours of departure for me) assuming, of course, there are no additional charges. I got an email on the same day that charges were reversed. This can be a problem with some motels/hotels.."

"The room was cozy and clean, safe and walkable area of Ballard. Very communicative and easy to get in and check out. Nice to have the mini fridge and small kitchenette in the room. They give you ear plugs since it is a shared building with other suites, which was a nice touch. Everything I needed for a quick stay."

"I saw some bad reviews when i booked but it was reasonable price than downtown and it turned out to be very clean..the guy in the front who helped me check in was friendly and welcoming..i will def be back and the area to me was not bad..yeah theres a bus stop and homeless people but thats everywhere even downtown!"

"I have stayed at many Marriott’s and this was my favorite. The room was super clean, was set up with everything I needed for my stay including a nice kitchen set up. They have a great gym and washer and dryers on site. The lobby is set up with a bar and seating area that is very welcoming. Every staff member we spoke with was super friendly and accommodating. This is my new go-to Hotel in Seattle. "
