"Room was terribly dirty; it was obvious nothing but the bedding had been cleaned in months if not longer. TV wouldn’t work, internet wouldn’t work. The manager the next morning was very professional and understanding and gave me a full refund, as I left after one night but had reserved three nights."

"Under construction with loud banging in the AM. Very humid in the room itself like the building wasn't being properly airconditioned. Im the room, there was a strange/moldy odor. Some of the staff were helpful, and let us switch rooms. The room cleaner found our tablet and made sure we got it back after switching rooms which was a life saver. One of the breakfast staff members was unprofessional and clearly just wanted to talk on her phone and was annoyed by the presence of guests. I get the stress but try to take that into the back room. There is a water bottle refill station which is nice The rooms themselves are clean. Stairs need help. There is always coffee and hot water in the foyer which is awesome."
