"Pillows horrible, did not sleep well, noisy AC, no coffee in room, coffee only available from 7-10am and two days staff was late opening it up. Front staff could be nicer."

"Lucerne Hotel was very accessible to restaurants and to explore Central Park and riverside. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Beds were very comfy and it was quite quiet overnight.

"the rooms are very small. The bathroom is down the hall! But my biggest complaint was sound insulation. I could hear ppl moving around on other floors. Also, you can't have a guest up to your room, even for a few minutes. That felt pretty 3rd world."

"The property is in a awesome location being a short walk from Central Park and the Theater district. The room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast and evening wine/cheese was an extra nice free addition that set the hotel apart. I would definitely stay here again."
