"The staff were more engaged with their own conversations than actually welcoming me as a guest and focusing on my stay. It was especially striking because I was the only guest upon my arrival and the only guest at the buffet upon my arrival. When addressing me they rushed and then quickly returned to laughing and hanging out together"

"the building is extremely old, they put me on the third floor and there is no elevator, I had to carry my heavy luggage through the stairs, the shower is very small, when someone else showers next door the hot water cuts off, the bed was very comfortable but the ceiling was very low and close to the headboars. The restaurant food and service is great but doesn't make it up for the rest of the inconveniences."

"We were here for just one night for a graduation. I thought the price of the room was exorbitant for a Holiday Inn Express, but beggars can't be choosy. Room was comfortable, parking was fine, location great for what we stayed for. Breakfast was the usual tasty buffet Hotel is non-smoking, but smelled the "skunk" smell (Marijuana) in 3rd floor hallway. I personally don't care that people smoke, but think of the lingering odor in the room. Inconsiderate."

"Bathroom Sink was leaking underneath. Surprise Wet socks after using the sink. We advised the first day. Used a towel underneath to try and mitigate."

"Okay number one I wasn't offered free continental breakfast. Another thing you do not get a microwave in your room and I was there for three plus days. When I talk to the person at the desk and told him that we didn't have a microwave in our room he said oh really that's strange we can talk to somebody in the morning. Then we were informed that no rooms have a microwave it's a community microwave downstairs. And it was filthy, they had stuff all over the carpets and the elevators and the...

"For the most part the stay was fine. It was only one night. Room was generally clean, although the heater/air conditioning unit was dirty and had broken louvers. Also, the carpet was stained and should have been replaced or deep cleaned. Ice machine closest to my room was not working. Staff was pleasant and helpful."
