"I had booked a stay online. It took over 15 minutes to get into room as their card machine wouldn't work for incidentals. Additionally, I had three charges that were pending for almost a week, they ended up being resolved but was not a great overall for the stay. Breakfast very basic."

"The room was dirty, ketchup on the blow dryer, the mirrors were cloudy and the doors and door jams were filthy. I could see through the sheets and the blanket was super thin and did not keep me warm on a 5 degree night. There was a huge red stain on the chair. The bed was very uncomfortable, sunk down in the middle. I was up on and off all night and did not sleep well at all. The toilet seat was spongy and sticky. There were no tissues, very few towels, which were small. The shower was so old...

"This was the second most best up place I’ve ever stayed at in the USA. No elevator and no rooms available on the first floor so my back hurts from carrying my super heavy suitcase up the stairs. It barely passed the test as somewhere I would sleep as it had clean sheets and most things appeared to be wiped down, but the floors (although uncarpeted which I greatly prefer as it avoids terrible odors etc)were pretty nasty with all kinds of smudges, scrapes, goobery stuff, the walls were...

"It looked like a 2-star hotel, I did not expect this. Everything looks pretty run down and old. A lot of doors also corroded, washroom has plumbing issues, hot water takes a while to come. Overall, unless the hotel is renovated, I cannot recommend "

"The first room we were assigned was dirty and there was a ton of garbage behind the table in between the beds. The hotel staff was not the most friendliest when checking out. The beds are NOT soft at all!! "

"Overall very nice. Asked one of the staff for 2 pillows.we got one, had to go to CLoset for a 2nd one, so the girl said she'll bring the 2nd one to our room. She never came. Went down and asked another staff and he brought it right away."

"I stay here often , I like that they have a balcony and it’s in a good location rather it be for shopping or food, the phones are not connected due to some reason and some bathroom plugs might not work ."
