"Wonderful place to stay half a block from boys town in West Hollywood. Quaint, well appointed, cozy rooms, always welcome us when we stay. The 2nd floor sitting area with patio, coffee, tea juices and bakery items In theam, and wine in the pm is so great. Mini rooftop a 24 hour retreat to sit and overlook the hills. Staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a small boutique place with warm relaxed service."

"We had three rooms reserved and two had A/C problems. Everyone had to figure out finding another room at a different hotel since they didn’t have any rooms available. Hotel should have notified us in advance so we could have figured other accommodations and stay at same hotel. I had asked for front desk to get manager to call me but no one called. Rooms are not maintained at all and have a musty smell."

"The Charlie Hotel and our ‘Steve’ room in particular was a great place for us to base ourselves in West Hollywood. It had enough space and all the amenities that you would need. The bed was comfortable, and there was a full kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Staff that we encountered were very friendly and professional. The only negative was the frankly ridiculous rule that was stuck to the kitchen wall forbidding the cooking or microwaving of fish with the risk of a $250 fine from the...

"Really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and the parking area provided made it easy to come and go. We had a few issues with the door not locking but it was repaired quickly. The pool is a wonderful place to sit and relax after a day of site seeing!"

"The rooms are unique. Comfortable and updated in an Art deco way. The pool is small and more set up to be something to congregate around and socialize. Definitely a younger crowd/influencer type, if that’s your thing. The valet is good, hard to find at first though on arrival. Expensive too, but overnight parking in this area is basically nonexistent so they get to charge as the market allows.The staff was friendly but the checkout person was a bit curt. "My window was an interior window, where they prep for a breakfast groups just outside very early in the morning, while having loud conversations. They only clean your room if you asked them to the day before, which they did not tell me anything about when I booked, nor checked in to the hotel."
