"We live close by to the hotel and our air conditioner is not working during this heat wave. This was our second stay because of how friendly the staff is as well as being a clean property. The breakfast has multiple choices. Great hotel especially for the price."

"Had to switch rooms a couple times but staff was helpful. First time, the door didn’t lock properly and the second time the AC was broken. Breakfast and coffee was terrible."

"The lady that greeted us was very friendly. Both the hotel property and room was very clean. The room did not have any rugs, which we appreciated. Breakfast had adequate hot and cold offerings."

"The only breakfast available was prepackaged pastries, old fruit, and coffee. The facility is very old. It is as clean as it can be for its age. However the carpet is bleached, missing ceiling tiles, and the bed was very lumpy. The tv is out of date. It is not a smart tv. There is minimal staffing. They will only bring towels when requested. Air conditioning was great. The location is great. Super close to the fairgrounds."

"The breakfast was less than ok. Nothing but 3 pieces of bread—no bagels or pastries and the biggest disappointment was no cinnamon rolls. We went to breakfast at 7:20 am. Also at that point no yogurt. The biscuits were not great either. Dry and hard. The room was great but breakfast not so much"

"Great layout, fabulous pillows-no visible filtered drinking water in evening & acted like I was crazy when I asked for included water bottles or if they were in room."

"Comfortable clean room. Bathroom could use an upgrade. Shower head flow could not be changed to a softer setting. Also one of the few hotel chains that doesn’t offer a free breakfast. At $10 pp, Wawa is not far and has good food and coffee."

"This is our go to place for Summit Point Raceway. Nicer than Charlestown. Easy to get to and plenty of places to eat nearby."

"The stay was good other than the hotel pool being out of service for maintenance due to someone having an accident in the pool. Clean property and rooms. Breakfast was a little underwhelming but overall good stay."
