"My family has stayed here several times. The people are so friendly and kind, the hotel is always clean, and the breakfast is great! (Good coffee, plenty of different creamer options, teas, waffle makers, oatmeal with toppings, eggs, biscuts and gravy, cereal, etc.) Bed was comfy too. I also accidentally left my night light in my room and the staff found it and called me with in minutes of my departure, to return it!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed the Austin Springs Spa experience, but we were just as impressed with the hotel room itself! The Carnegie Hotel is a real jewel in Johnson City, standing out in its elegance and sophistication. The reception staff were friendly, courteous and attentive and we will definitely plan future visits."
