"Our room had a sticky film over the entire floor. Tile, carpet, it all felt sticky. The room also had a pine-sol masking wet dog smell that was hard to get used to. It was strong. The lights outside all around the property were so bright it felt like it was daylight at 10pm. I'm sure it's for security purposes but man, it was blindingly bright. Felt like overkill. Also, no warm lamps in this room. I've been noticing that in these cheaper motel rooms lately: all cozy, warm lamps have been replaced with cold, blue-toned, bright recessed lighting which makes you not want to turn on any lights when you're in the room but of course you have to and it's awful. Only good with worth praising about this place was the shower: hot water and good pressure. It's surprising how hard that's becoming to find and we appreciated that."

"We had very loud and noisy guests staying next to us which you could hear quite well through the connecting doors, even though they weren’t open. You could also hear room doors slamming in the hallways"

"There was leftover food in the microwave. The chairs in the room were dirty and damaged. The bed was so hard we were stiff as a board every morning. The staff was nice and the linens were clean. There was ample parking but with the people hanging out in the lot drinking I wouldn’t advise leaving anything of value inside your vehicle."

"Although their website says this LaQuinta is being renovated, I wasn’t impressed by the quality of work that’s been done so far. In our bathroom, there were small gaps between the wall and ceiling in the toilet area. The tiling on the walls and floor were not all flush. I noticed the unevenness when walking into the bathroom. Also, when we arrived in the late evening, we were approached by a panhandler in the parking lot. On the positive side, the person who checked us in was professional, efficient, and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was good and plentiful. "

"1 Star – Very Disappointing Stay Stayed at Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis this past weekend and had a very poor experience. Upon arrival, the bed sheets were dirty. We contacted the front desk and were told clean ones would be brought up, but after waiting over two hours and calling again, nothing was delivered. We ended up having to go purchase our own sheets. The WiFi—which was a major reason we chose this hotel—did not work at all during our stay. We were told someone would come assist, but no one ever showed. Calls to the front desk were repeatedly answered and disconnected. The next day, we were told it would be working soon, then later told it was completely down. We had to rely on a personal hotspot, which caused issues with work and added cost. To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off for around two hours late Saturday night, making it nearly impossible to get rest before an early morning. Overall, very disappointing stay. Poor cleanliness, lack of service, and basic amenities not working. This was far below expectations, especially after confirming these details prior to booking. Would not recommend."

"The Fontana is a hidden gem of Indianapolis. It's tucked away and should be on bold display. I absolutely love It's beauty an̈d design. There wasn't a microwave in my room but it did have a mini refrigerator. I can't wait to go back for another stay."
