"Stayed there in the past maybe 10 years ago , it was nice . This time not so much, needs completely up dated , bad smell in hall way 3 rd floor . Must have had 20 watt lite bulbs in our room dark and dingy room . Needs complete update . Will not revisit till that happens . Should have had free breakfast at this price . Very , very disappointed ."

"There was a cockroach in the wall of our room. While the staff were setting up the extra bed, the cockroach crawled back into the wall, and no one acknowledged it or apologized. I had originally booked a double queen room, but instead of moving us to the correct room or relocating us, an extra bed was brought in from the hallway where it was stored with other items and squeezed into the room. "I arrived after 3 and my room was not ready, not a big deal so they can make sure it’s clean. It wasn’t. There was a penny and all kinds of debris around the toilet, brown smears on the wall near the toilet paper, parts of the wall and shower were coming off onto the floor. They advertised they had a gym, which was why I booked it, and it’s completely gone. I have kindly requested a refund and have not heard anything back. "
