"The location is beautiful, staff were nice too. The room was clean and enough space but not too spacious. There was no hot water in the morning but was okay enough to take shower. Make sure you either ask for new shampoo and soap from the front desk or bring your own. The shampoo and conditioner were expired 2 years ago. "The best location you can ask for. Steps from the gondola. Would really love this place but the property is pretty worn out. Lots of loose plumbing fixtures, banged up hardware, worn out finishings. We liked the pool, hot tub, in-room sauna (we had the loft unit). Clean sheets and towels. Just needs better maintenance and quality oversight. "

"The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices.
It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc.
Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm.
As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...
