"This hotel was very nice and clean with great amenities. The staff was friendly and kind. Breakfast was decent. It was quite an experience with having our dogs with us on this trip. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 was that I wish the room had a bit more floor space to move around. Overall, great stay and would definitely recommend. "

"The room was horrible to my liking. First the property upkeep was terrible. Ppl lived in the rooms they was outside lounging, the ppl had the walk way setup like it was their front porch and outside smoking marijuana. When we walked into the rooms it smelled like urine and dogs. The appliances were terrible old rusted. The walls was horrible. It wasn’t clean to my liking."

"Clean room, breakfast was full of variety, and staff was great. We stayed for a soccer tournament at Twin Oaks which was right up the road. Holiday Inn rarely disappoints and this particular hotel was no exception. Definitely recommend."

"Pool was green, bathroom smelled like urine, tub was disgusting and damaged, red ants and dirt all around and property, guests camped outside the doors like they’ve lived there for months, throw up on wall next to bed, room smelled like body odor. "Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

"One staff member was not friendly or pleasant. Our room was supposed to be cleaned on Sunday, 4/26, but it was never cleaned, so we went to mention this to the front desk. We were met with an argument/debate. Instead of saying, we will send somebody up to clean your room shortly we were met with an argument and accusations that we must have had the do not disturb sign on, which wasn't the case and she stated this before we even had giving her our room number.
