"If this place offers breakfast, why were other guests hanging out and cooking breakfast outside my window? This place has the worst breakfast I’ve seen, dollar store pastries and not much else. The refrigerator door sticks open where the yogurts are kept and they were all spoiled.

"The reason for poor review was that Expedia had not finalized my reservation with the hotel. Hotel staff could find it by back searching Expedia reservations but Expedia had not took last step to send to Hyatt. Beware of Expedia!!"

"Love the cleanliness and unique design/decor. The location is amazing as well. We wished the indoor pool was heated as it was pretty cold and I think adding lawn chairs to sunbathe in the outdoor garden area off the indoor pool would be the way to go."

"We stayed on the 10th floor. Everything was excellent except the noise level from the streets below. No fault of the hotel or staff themselves but quite noisy. Of course it also was a holiday weekend. The staff was awesome and clean rooms with tidying up daily. Everyone was always friendly. The valets were always friendly but when we picked up our vehicle the last day, it was evident that the controls were messed with in the vehicle and that was not necessary. "This was an ok place to stay but it is right beside a major interstate so the noise is constant. The shower was dirty and there was hair on the pillow case. The front desk staff was not friendly at all. Especially the guy who checked us in. Breakfast was good and the housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful."
