"A beautifully calming hotel. The grounds are lush tropical trees, you feel as if you are in the jungle, not by the beach. Then you walk through the trees and are met by a beautiful beach club/resturant, loungers and a fantastic beach. Of note, the hotel pool is beautiful too, with many loungers and cabanas. The beach is great for small kids since it is pretty shallow. It is also famous to learn surfing"

"Hello, We actually was not happy with our stay. We expect far more for the price we payed. The check In process was horrible.. We stand 1 Hour with our 2 Kids in car because she can‘t find us in system and so she ignor us. The overall condition of the house was very bad. The whole Appartement smells bad. Specially the Bathrooms smell horrible. It is disgusting. We didnt dare to go to the pool because the water system smells horrible. Furthermore there are small ants everywhere in the house....

"There was no staff at check in to help, the property did not match the photos, it was absolutely not walkable to anything as there were no sidewalks or crosswalks and the four lane highway was most definitely not pedestrian friendly. The “suite” is situated in an un-finished dilapidated building that looks so dirty on the outside it looks like there are no maintenance people within a 100 kilometre radius. The weeds are overgrown, the exterior doors do not lock & there is no exterior lighting....

"We found this hotel very appealing in the Phang Na area. Three beautiful pools with with swim around access to first level rooms. There is jacuzzis within the pool and a hot tub in the middle area of pool. The most disappointing aspect was the food at the restaurant, quality and preparation was inferior. Breakfast poached eggs were served cold then slightly warmed up in boiling water. However this was not sufficient to serve a proper temperature. Pasta at dinner was very disappointing with...
