"The rooms were dirty, and there were insects crawling around. The pool was filthy; no one even swam in it. We had a service dog with us; we were charged an extra fee for the dog twice, and the money was never refunded to our account. There shouldn't be a charge for service dogs, but the staff refused to listen to reason. The attitude was terrible."
