"Beware there is a “resort fee” that I was not aware of. Maybe missed during check and “fine print”, but had paid in full through Expedia when I booked. Looking for just an overnight stay (last minute) for short visit to Key West. So for two rooms I booked there was a total $66 additional charge that I noticed on credit card I gave for added amenities. It was not nearly as reasonably priced as I first thought."

"The pool water wasn't clean, and the restaurant and bar were far from comfortable—the hotel claimed this was due to renovations. I don't know if they always tell guests the same thing, but at the time of our visit, it was very uncomfortable and not a pleasant place to have breakfast."

"We absolutely loved this resort but the best part about it was the staff! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They made us feel so special and important. In addition, Key West is gorgeous and this resort is located in the perfect spot."
