"We asked for a cart for our luggage. We had to leave a drivers license to get it. We were never asked if we needed help with luggage but we got the cart. I understand that they wanted the cart back for use by other guests but the process makes you feel like they didn’t trust you. "

"The property is outdated and needs renovation ASAP. There is an odor in the rooms, the televisions are outdated and our toliet broke.

"Nicely updated rooms. We we offered beach chairs to go the the nearby beach. We were there for the Palm Beach boat show so didn't go to the beach. Great location. Came back one day to see our room had been cleaned! Wonderful surprise. Staff was friendly and we always felt safe. Would stay again."
