The only hiccup we had is that our room was not ready at the check in time @3pm, we...

"Staff was amazing. Rodolfo was super helpful and pleasant when checking in, Anderson was attentive when taking our belongings to the room and welcomed us every time we walked into the building.
The rooftop pool is very very cramped.
The location is honestly mid. It is in the middle of everything, which is nice, but if you’re not going straight to your car you’re bombarded by solicitors every few feet and they do know what no means and they do not listen. It is unfortunate because there are so...

"Overall the stay was good! I appreciate the early check-in . The location made it easy to access restaurants and beaches in that area.
The only area in need of improvement would be the breakfast. Consider ensuring that the hot food options remain warm throughout the serving time . Will definitely stay here again !"

"It was my first time in Cartagena, the amenities in the hotel was not the problem, I would not recommend for a solo traveler, the location is great, it’s right across the beach, but step into the beach at your own peril, there are locals there waiting to harass you and fleece you for money, I didn’t have 5mins of peace there, sit under an umbrella and you pay, then the constant influx of vendors pestering you, they know you’re a foreigner so they try to extort you, mind you the hotel staff...
