Had to wait 2.5 hours after check-in to be able to enter room. The hotel is relatively new but very cheaply done, missing amenities such as soap or something to wash dishes. We went in a group of 18 people. Got a shock of life that hotel staff won’t accept cash payment in US$, only Colombian peso at the rate of 4000 peso where as official rate is around 3600 peso.
