"Breakfast is a lot of carbs(waffles, toast, bagel, cereal), so not a hot breakfast. They have wi-fi, but it is so throttled as to be useless. I had to use my phone hotspot. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was hot."

"Room smelled like weed so bad my wife slept in her car and I didn’t sleep at all while being in the room becaus she is pregnant. I’ve always had good experiences here with the staff but last night the room was so bad that I waisted my money and didn’t get any sleep nor did my wife. We have stayed with you guys over the past month maybe three days a week and now this one night has lost you guys our business because of my wife’s heightened sense of smell. "

"I'm going to start with the one (and only!) suggestion I have for the property for improvement. Everything about our unit was great, except for the walk-in shower in the master bathroom. The shower head was of the older style water-saver type - very little water pressure and a low volume of water. In that big shower booth, that shower head did not produce enough water to make it a comfortable experience. The parts of you that are in the weak hot water stream can stay warm, while the rest of you is freezing because you're standing in the cool air. Also, someone with thick or long hair will have a hard time washing their hair in that shower. There are modern water-saver shower heads that do way better than this one did. Otherwise, the unit was wonderful and we had an enjoyable stay. Kitchen was modern and stocked with all the basics. Advice: If you're a coffee drinker, there is a full-size drip coffeemaker in the unit, but the provided coffee and supplies are basic hotel stuff. Recommend bringing your own coffee if you savor your cuppa. Tea drinkers will want to bring their own tea and a kettle. There is a grocery store about three miles down the road that should have anything you need. Building is in a quiet area - trains do rumble through occasionally, but they're quick. You can also faintly hear Busch Gardens. It's about a 10 minute drive to Busch, and 10-15 minute drive to the Colonial Williamsburg Visitor Center. 5 stars, highly recommend! Thank you Parkside! "
