"Very clean room, very engaging staff and greeted us with a smile upon arrival. He also offered water, coffee, tea, etc. when waiting for our room to be available. The towels were very clean, soft, and fluffy and they use the best amenities in their beautifully decorated room. The front desk staff helped with arranging our taxi early in the morning and offered us something to drink before departure. I highly recommend this hotel and the staff! I would stay here again when I visit Paris next."

"First off the location was amazing! Short distance to the train and the Eiffel Tower! The coffee machine in the lobby was a lifesaver and very delicious. The staff was nice, but didn’t even know about things going on in the city. There is a big market right behind the Eiffel Tower a 10 minute walk from the hotel and they had no idea what it was. "Excellent location, 2 minutes walking distance to Champs Elysees and L’Arc de triomphe. Metro links are in abundance, just be careful which exit you take as otherwise it’s like walking through the maze. Hotel itself is fine, staff is friendly enough, however there was a confusion over the room that we have booked over what had been given as it was randomly changed at the check in. All in all, decent place at a reasonable price for this location and enjoyable experience. "

"The room was modern and spacious we had two bathrooms which was great. Beds were very confortable. They provide water and some bread in the front desk which my kids really like. Very well located half block from arc de triomphe and metro station, very walkable and beautiful area. We definitely would stay again and recommend it.
