"We checked in for a 5 night stay during a heatwave with air quality warnings because of Oregon forest fires. We were told our room had a wonky door handle that needed specific moves to open. The room had no a/c. I called down to the desk and asked Cody for a fan. He said no rooms had a/c ( untrue) ..."
