"I didn’t have breakfast but from what i saw, it does look good. I was one of the transferred ones from one hotel to another due to overbooking and no availability of rooms, and the customer service assistants were very understanding and accommodating. "Résidence Hèrmes is truly a good choice for on-a-budget travel to Paris. Here are some positive and negative notes: Positive - The RER station was incredibly close, around 6-7 minutes walking. With the navigo decouverte weekly card, it was super easy to use all the transportation to get to wherever we wanted, and it was never more than 1 hour-1 hour 15 mins to get anywhere (including Disneyland). "We booked family room and had terrible experience. The staff who chdcked us in was very slow and it took around 30 minutes for us to get our room checked in even though we had paid for room in advance. The most terrible moment was when I went for shower and the next room water was all over the room. There was some leaking issue and when I told the reception staff he was like so what. No courtesy to say even sorry once. Avoid this hotel. "
