This hotel has a unique feel- country, cute and elegant all together. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This property would be even better in spring or summer so all the amenities could be used.

I love the nature vibe. My room was cleaned every day and always. It’s so nice coming from work to clean room. The restaurant needs improvement. They need to serve better food. To be frank the food they are serving is just terrible. Other than that, I love staying there.

The air con was broken which was a big problem with 3 small children and record Paris temperatures. Fair enough, things can break but it is the way the staff dealt with it on check in. I asked if anything can be done or compensation offered to which she said the only thing that can be done if you are not happy with the room is to go to another hotel. A poor response considering we had arrived at 9pm with 3 tired small children. They knew the air con was broken all day, if this was to be their argument they should have phoned guests to at least give them the opportunity to book another hotel. There were other small problems which I would not normally complain about to be honest but given the frustrations above I will. The room door was stuck which meant we had to go back to reception to get them to open the door. There was space either side of the double bed for a bedside table but there was only one bedside table. For a spa hotel I would expect conditioner in the showers. We have stayed at great mercure hotels in the past but the overall experience was poor at this one. Breakfast was good and the staff, friendly.

Hôtel avec une Clim en panne depuis apparemment 1 mois mais on ne vous averti qu'une fois les clefs de la chambre remises. La carte du restaurant est réduite sans même être au courant alors que nous avons réservé. Des plats médiocre, un bar en rupture de menthe ... et j'en passe. Un hôtel qui ne mérite pas du tout ses 4 étoiles malgré le cadre qui est agréable si tout était entretenu correctement.

Cet hôtel a tout pour plaire, beau, personnel gentil, pleins d'activités, restauration très bonne... MAIS séjour ultra CHAOTIQUE!! 😳 - chambre 3 personnes réservée, on nous donne une 2 personnes sans pouvoir changer. solution trouvée mettre un matelas par terre. pas un verre offert... - Réservation d'une demie pension mais au moment de réserver une table on nous dit que c'est complet que ce n'est pas possible. Il a fallu que je revienne a la réception en disant que je ne comprenais pas puisque j'étais en demie-pension! une solution a été trouvée suite à ça. - J'ai fait mettre une bouteille de vin de côté le midi au restaurant, le soir impossible de la retrouver. Succession de problème à gérer c'est dommage!

Hôtel parfait pour une famille car beaucoup d’éléments sont disponibles pour les enfants. Par contre, il n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. La moquette est très sale, pas adaptée pour les nombreux passages, ce qui donne une impression d’hygiène très limite. La chambre est d’un confort moyen avec une salle de bain dont la douche fuit. Le personnel est agréable mais on sent que pour certains c’est un job d’été et ils n’ont donc pas l’expérience demandée pour ce genre d’établissement.

Rez de chaussée bien décoré Jolis extérieurs déco du 1er étage / couleurs, moquette pas très actuelles Grosse déception dans la chambre avec vue parc : un immense rideau sur le mur fait espérer une fenêtre supplémentaire et en fait non, juste un grand mur blanc et cette petite fenêtre Grand lit confortable dommage de mettre une alèse plastifiée sous les draps, ça gâche tout ! J’ai adoré la décoration, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de tout le personnel. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, et l’ambiance chaleureuse rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. On s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce beau moment. Je recommande largement !
