"Was given a room that was not cleaned-it appeared that someone was still in the room. Nice lady at the desk gave me another room. The bed was made (not sure the sheets were changed). The desk had water & stains on it, so asked to have it cleaned. She took care of that. Didn’t realize there were dirty towels in the bathroom until later, the floor wasn’t vacuumed & there was trash on the shelf. This room was not cleaned either. One and done, will never return."

"my stay was for one night in Tuskaloosa for my daughter college graduation. The room was old looking. The comforter had a stain on it and the Bar/Bingo club made a racket for half the night keeping sleep to a minimum. Other then that it was great. "
