"Stayed in many hotels in Cartagena over the past 6 years and our stay here was absolutely one of the best! Everything from the staff (huge thanks to Chef Isaac, who took the time to show me how to make a dessert he had prepared that I loved) to amazing breakfasts and extremely comfortable room (bed was so comfortable AC worked perfectly and perhaps the best shower in Cartagena) and rooftop pool so enjoyable and great Wi-Fi. Will absolutely stay again on our next trip!"

"Our stay at Hyatt Regency Cartagena was a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, and offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean. The pools, the atmosphere, and the location were perfect for enjoying Cartagena with our family. The staff was kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality that made our vacation memorable. Our suite was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our family. One thing we would suggest improving is the check-in experience. Since we arrived earlier than the official check-in time, we had to wait several hours for our designated suite, even though we were traveling with two small children. It would have been helpful to have a faster solution or a more comfortable arrangement while waiting. Despite that, our overall stay was amazing, and we would gladly return. Hyatt Regency Cartagena is a beautiful hotel with great service, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting this incredible city."

"This hotel is situated in the heart of Cartagena’s historic district, conveniently located within walking distance of numerous tourist attractions. The vicinity boasts an abundance of dining establishments and retail shops. Our room, which features a balcony and overlooks the street, offers ample space and cleanliness. The room is equipped with a large smart TV that we thoroughly enjoyed. Although we encountered a minor issue in the bathroom, it was promptly addressed by Leonardo. Notably, Ms. Angie, the hotel manager, ensured our comfort and satisfaction throughout the situation. We also appreciated the delectable cuisine served in the hotel lobby. We extend our sincere gratitude to Ms. Angie for the exceptional reception and service. We highly recommend this hotel for your visit."

"The best hotel in Cartagena! We had an amazing time at the Santa Teresa. The staff was exceptional and the rooms are very spacious and confortable. The breakfast had the most delicious food and the pool overlooking the old city and the new city was what made love our stay the most! Be prepared for the most beautiful and romantic sunsets at this rooftop pool!"

"All the reviews are spot on. Perfect location, beautiful property and amazing concierge who took plenty of time to help us plan activities. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. Biggest plus for me, the enormous rooms are almost soundproof and are completely separated from each other; we only saw one other guest on our last day. The A/C is fantastic as well as the hot water. The rooftop pool is lovely to enjoy after a long day. Despite the central location you'd never know it. Comfy beds, pillows and we had the best night sleeps in our two weeks in Colombia. The included scheduled breakfast was a first for us and a real treat. The meals are perfectly prepared, fresh and filling. If you're looking for a good massage nearby, check out MG Spa Massage. I'm sad to say I forgot the girl's name but this was one of the best massages I've ever had. For dinner, Tito Bravo and Benitto are wonderful."
