Royal Hotel Carlton
Hotel is a 15 minute walk from the centre of Bologna which is very handy. It was on a quiet road. Rooms are a bit dated but had a classic feel. Check in was very easy, the receptionists were lovely.

Location of hotel was excellent, easy walk to center & a short walk from train station. Good breakfast included. Hotel was old & outdated, problems with plumbing in bathroom. Room was sizable. Staff helpful.

Great location near the train station. Nice, spacious, quiet, and clean room. Special thanks to Aleksandra, who was attentive, professional, and full of the great suggestions about the sites to visit, and best places to eat. We will stay there again.
