Unmade bed, dirty towels, etc. We contacted the lady who had checked us in, only to be told that it wasn’t her responsibility to have the apartment cleaned but that she would try to find someone to do that. "The first and biggest problem is that the apartment smelt like a sewer and the smell became worse by the day. On top of that, it was so damp that my clothes were moist. The aircon didn’t work. This was a problem in March when it wasn’t even 15 degrees so must be hell in the summer. The TV didn’t work either. Very, very basic amenities and stupid things like an iron but no ironing board. "Fantastic spot, great area easy to find, loads of spots around for food, drink, shopping, tourist attractions. "

Apartment was not cleaned for what seems like weeks prior our arrival. Really filthy. Once escalated we had to stay behind and deal with cleaning staff ourselves rather than owner. Couch/bed was broken upon arrival and never fixed. So listed three beds were never actually available."
