"Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Zona comoda, camera pulita"

"Ottima esperienza, camera bella e pulita, il proprietario Daniele persona squisita, la posizione un po’ fuori dal centro e dal caos é stata ottimale. Consigliato"

"Very easy to find, and close enough for a short walk from the train station. very clean room and very comfortable bed. A great variety of breakfast options including several freshly baked items. Mariella was very quick and responsive to any questions I had. I would stay again if I am in Palermo."

Location was simply amazing, with a spectacular view from the balcony of the Teatro, we even got to witness the Italian President arrive for a private event from the balcony while we were there which was really cool to say the least. Located just above a lovely cafe with all we could ask for coffee and a cornetto in the morning, drinks in the afternoon and a late night gelato if we wanted....

"Our flight was delayed I was I formed that I missed check in hours and would be charged an additional fee for an evening check in. We stayed 4 nights, no clean towels, the shower drain overflowed and nobody ever around to call. There are no lights in the hallways or stairwell. We would walk in the pitch dark with the flashlights from our phones. Next to our room was a night club that the party went on all night. Just as you fall asleep the recycling truck comes by every morning and you are woken...
