"We just wanted to stay someplace close to the airport, so we had low expectations. But this place had a gym, a game area and a restaurant open 24 hours. We used all of these things and the whole place was very clean and had a "cool" vibe. We also walked to the hotel, it is only a couple blocks."

"We stayed here because it was close to the airport and we had an early flight. We paid for the breakfast but we couldn’t take advantage of it because they don’t start serving early enough to accommodate people leaving before 7:00 am, so it was wasted money. They did give us a to go breakfast in a bag, no protein just sweet stuff so we didn’t eat any of it. The room was ok but the condition of the shower head made the stay miserable. It was in bad condition due to clogged spray openings. We asked that it be replaced but instead a repair person took it for a few minutes to clean/fix it but it still only sprayed out of a few openings, creating a painful spray that did not rinse well. We mentioned the shower head problem to the desk person at check out but he was dismissive of my suggestion that the hotel invest in new shower spray heads for the hotel. It seems that this hotel is staffed mainly by workers that don’t are accustomed to not appreciating the value of having up to date fixtures in the hotel."

"The cleanliness was top notch and I have been around Europe traveling for years! I felt like I was at home . Breakfast was a nice buffet which is not always found in Europe so that’s nice. Air conditioning worked good we were in a heatwave hit 40c and we were able to stay comfortable in our room as we needed to escape the afternoon sun. The staff is second to none , very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again when I return to Milano ! We had an excellent trip and are sad to be leaving!"
