"The room did not have a microwave, nor was there anything to get hot water. This was a bummer since we were with our toddler, the staff were kind enough to give us hot water from the kitchen though.
My second issue is that I was charged US $300 security deposit and promised a refund at check out, I checked out on Monday and I am still waiting on my refund
Getting on to the hotel is very difficult"

Location is fine. 2 minutes walk to the beach. In general , the complex needs some update."
