ok

It was a good stay, but the hotel charged me more than what was on the reservation (I was charged extra for breakfast - which, according to our reservation, was supposed to be included in the price - and For a city tax that did not appear on the original reservation). Instead of paying €81, as shown on my reservation, I was charged more than €100. Staff told me to complain with Hotels.com about the price difference. The room and breakfast were quite basic and there is no air conditioner (but we only missed it because we stayed in Bonn during a heat wave). Staff was nice to offer us a different room (because the first one assigned to us was quite hot) and for bringing us a big fan.
