"We were never helped with the luggage to begin with. At the time of our arrival the entire corridor was being cleaned to it made it hard to get access to our room. Paris was going through an extreme heat wave yet the room temperature and acs didnt seem to work. On the last night we lost power in the night a were abruptly awaken drenched in sweat. We were forced to leave the property early as it was unbearably hot. The elevators were down and it was absolutely dark and hot. Once again no one...

Deux petites choses à noter: nous aurions aimé un défroisseur de vêtements qui ne projette pas autant d'eau sur les vêtements et une lumière suffisante ou une meilleure exposition pour le maquillage des yeux. "This place is a perfect gem in a fantastic location. The rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious and they even held our bags for us when we checked out before we caught our next train. It is within walking distance to a large train station and the view of the Arc de Triumph was breath taking. During a historic heatwave, the most important thing was that it had blessed AC. That alone was a welcomed gift. We will always stay here"
