Hope she gets a raise or bonus this year, she truly deserves it. We got the room we paid for. Great parking right next to the property, parking is VERY tight on 1st floor. Beautiful view to the boardwalk and beach. Busy street and lively. 4/5 We would stay again! "

"We love the property and the breakfast, but they are cleaning their laundry with harsh chemicals, my daughter’s legs and arms were covered in hives in the morning after sleeping on the hotel sheets. We did not have the same reaction, but if your skin is sensitive I you might want to bring a sheet with you to put on top of theirs. They are definitely clean though, no bacteria can survive after such a chemical treatment 😅"

"Rio Vista Suites is a great find in Santa Cruz. Very close to a bike trial, so I was able to get to leave my car there and get to everything I wanted to get to by bike. Neighborhood was pretty quiet and felt safe. I will definitely return. "

"This has become our go-to place for our visits to a relative living in Santa Cruz. Good value for the money, our room had a kitchenette, and we like to bring our breakfast and eat in the room. With the kitchenette table we didn't have to eat on the bed. Even though it was a weekend, it was quiet and we slept well."
