"Overall experience was good for 1st stay. Checkin was very easy even though I arrived close to 10pm. Staff is very friendly! The room is good size for what i needed. Not much to choose on tv. Their gym is very small, but i did get a decent workout in.nice pool with a good view.Close by walking is several fast food restaurant's and a 12 minute walk to the SM Mall is easy to do. Check out was fast and simple. I'll definitely stay again, because my main reason is the hotel is close walk to Florida...

"The staff here is super nice. This hotel is located in the Chinatown neighborhood of Manilla and is an area with some folks who are struggling financially.
So if you stay here you will be contributing to a neighborhood that needs the support of good people. It is not dangerous at all.
I actually want to see this side of a city and see what folks are really dealing with. I saw aspects of Manila here that I would not have seen had I stayed elsewhere.

"Not a bad place to stay for a few days in China town. The place is a bit dated which is expected for the area but clean and in good repair. Hot water heater worked fine, nice size bathroom, bedding was okay for the price. Only thing I would have liked was a fridge but the listing didn't say there was one so that is okay. Awesome front desk people. Zero problems during the stay. Out side are many Chinese restaurant, western fast food is a ten minute walk or twenty minutes if you use Grab...
"The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay."
