"We did not have hot water our night there. In the morning it took 15 minutes to get hot water. Not ok with this."

"the room was very clean. The gentleman at the front desk was not very pleasant! He seemed annoyed when I asked questions.
The pool was not as clean as it should have been.
Breakfast hours were ridiculously Early {6am-9am}.- The breakfast hours should be open at least till 10am, we had children with us and they did not have breakfast. We felt RUSHED having to wake up the little one and hurry downstairs!!!! The hotel was nice clean and central to what our plans were.

"Parking was excellent. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious. The staff were all courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, the first thing I saw when I came into the room was a Gatorade bottle behind the chair that had been overlooked by the cleaning staff. : ( I would still use Best Western again."
