"Very nice hotel.only complaint was there was rowdy and wild kids in the pool, throwing footballs hitting a family member. Drinking in the pool area. The worker did say something about the football incident to the family that was throwing it "

"This was a "repeat" stay at this hotel. The welcome was warm at the front desk and check in was easy once I returned - I had hoped to check in an hour earlier but housekeeping had be yet been to my room. . The hotel was clean in appearance, keys issued quickly, although a reminder to use the key card in the elevator would have been useful. I had a little concern as the hotel was filled with middle and high school softball players and their families, and expected chaos. The parents/chaperones are to be commended. Lights out and quiet was the order of the night! The room was clean, bathroom had been refreshed, towels were plenty, and the blinds kept the room dark. Parking has always been safe at this hotel. Breakfast is offered and the little bit I ate was pleasant and fresh. This unit is particularly close to family on my visits, and I shall return as needed. "

"We were in Ames for a dance competition this weekend. The staff was incredibly polite and responsive to any questions we had. Convenient location near the highway, not far from restaurants and entertainment. The hotel was comfortable with a very nice pool area! Our family had a wonderful time. "

"The only issue I had was with the slides. The rules on what life jacket to wear wasn’t posted anywhere. My son went down one slide with a life jacket and the second time was told he couldn’t wear that one. He had to wear one that buckled in the back not in the front. The rules weren’t posted on the life jackets. "

"Modern hotel with all the perks. Decor was fun and unique. Breakfast was very complete. Although we didn’t use it, the lounge looked nice. Sink was outside toilet area, which is helpful. "
