Expensive for what it is

We booked by internet a double room for 2 nights, when we arrived, all the double room was full, so they put us on a biggest room for one night, then the night after we had to change of room. We wanted to stay then one more night but the staff said that we can not stay because the hotel was full. However on this day, so many people was leaving, so I've got some serious doubts that all rooms was full. Staff was really unfriendly.

Poor. Not good if you want to be close to the beac

I arrived at midnight to this hotel.because my flight was delayed. I was so tired and I was surprised that nobody was there to help me. The office was closed. I spent the rest of the night just waiting for them to help me, the only good thing is that this hotel is located close to the ferry terminal. Far from the beach and city center. .

It was a terrible stay!!

Staff not good, room not clean, there was black out in our 2nd night stay,very far frm d beach need to take tricycle and fare is expensive. Its not recomendable.

If you're traveling on a budget and just need a place to stay, this is ideal but if you want to enjoy the beach front this is not the place. The hotel was not close to the beach, you have to take a local transportation to get to the beach. It is however close a walking distance to the port going to Caticlan.

첫날 새벽에 보라카이에 도착하는 일정이라 가까운데로 한번 잡아보잔 마음으로 예약했습니다. 에어컨이 아닌 선풍기여서 잘때 많이 더웠고, 현지 느낌 많이 나는 인테리어지만 지은지 오래되서 불편했죠. 보라카이 일정 첫날이나 마지막날에 하루정도 묵는건 괜찮을듯 합니다

A budget friendly hotel

A hotel best suits for travellers who are on a tight budget. Friendly staff, relaxing ambience, clean and nice rooms and facilities. Only problem is it is far from the famous white beach but it is near the Cagban jetty port which is an advantage. But all in all, great experience in this hotel.

Nice rooms in new and good condition. Water is working perfectly fine, roomy bathrooms. We only got the fan rooms but we have a nice breeze in the balcony hallway and there are benches provided; we also have a view of the beach by the Cagban port. It's just outside the port and right at the road so trikes are very accessible. Downside is we have to pay for trike everytime to get to the White Beach, and other beaches as well. But overall, we had a great stay for an affordable price. Sobrang sulit (worth it).

OK for the money you paid for

Nice small hotel. Very close to pier but far away from any activities. Be careful when you reserve your room, as mine did not have hot water and none of the TV channels were really clear to see. No antenna what so ever. Hotel staff was very nice, not o knowledged. For some reasons there was no internet in the room during night time. Place is clean but I was not provided with towels, soaps nor was my room cleaned every day. Do not expect a lot.

boracay for family holiday

nice people to deal with, but only tricycle connection to the beach. if you want to go out at night there are only the local bars around the pier so a little bit of tagalog is essential to mix with the locals. even that the resort is close to the main road it's much quieter than on the beach, because there are no permanent building activities.anyway I would say that boracay is developing to a second Mallorca and that there are still much undiscovered places in the Philippines worth visiting without spending the big dollars.
