My stay wasn't the best. The service was good, although the amenities were subpar. But there was free breakfast included with the stay and it was good.

Best hotel in Boracay Island. Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Beautiful relaxing family friendly. We really enjoyed our holiday at The Orient Beach Boracay hotel. The facilities were fabulous. There is a great pool. Free breakfast and free shuttle to the beach. Housekeeping staffs are amazing and provided excellent service. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.. I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

Staff were amazing. Suites our needs, the main issue is the villa access is on a narrow street and this condition is not suitable for luggage. The alley way is ghetto like. Not advertised properly.

Too far from any Boracay Beaches however what makes us return to this property is the service that they provide. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. No Gym room yet pool access were open anytime that makes my kids enjoy our stay.

The staff were lovely the rooms were small with a lot of ants The restaurant was fine if you like fish or chicken because boneless bangos or manok was all they had No shakes no beer or wine It's a small resort and trying hard just small things would make a very big difference If minus was better I'd have scored much higher

Ett helt okej hotell men utbudet på frukosten va inte bra. Fanns knappt något att välj bland. Internet va katastrofal. Ibland slutade den fungera på kvällen och fungerade inte fören nästa dag. Dem städade bara rummet om man bad dem. Dock trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Don't stay here

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and breakfast is OK too, However, the rooms, swimming pool and location are terrible. Rooms are small and hot with noisy air conditioners - it was like being in a topical jail cell as there are no windows and just balcony. Location is not great either as it is in a local area with chickens singing, dogs barking, and motorbikes racing around -there is no where close to walk to. Swimming is small and no one swims there. Terrible value for money and totally spoiled our stay in Boracay.

Homey, cozy, relaxing & 5 star service

This is our first time in Boracay. We were looking for a hotel where we can relax and not crowded. This boutique resort is a perfect place to stay in boracay. Close to almost everything, beaches are nearby and they have shuttle service which is free of service. Just about 2 mins away there is a new mall called "city mall" where you can shop, dine etc. Their free shuttle can drop and pick up or can get a tricycle. Boracay is a wonderful place to explore for both land and water activities. I loved the way they they welcome us, with shell necklace, welcome drink and refreshing cold towel which is very useful after a long travel. Amenities are all modern and new. Luxury bed sheets, blankets and pillows are a plus. Staffs are very courteous, respectful. Breakfast was great by the poolside with nice music. This resort god so good and positive vibes with relaxing music around. We requested to serve our dinner at the roof deck lounge and had romantic dinner there.

Memorable stay :)

I'd like to recommend this hotel for making our 2nd anniversary a memorable one :) They did my request to have petals and romantic theme room and I really appreciate that. When me and my boyfriend entered our room, he was surprised because the room was very beautifully designed. There was also free champagne and anniversary card which also surprised me. I was not expecting that it was not part of my request but the staff did a wonderful job :) The only bad side of our trip is that it was very far from the dmall and stations and also from the puka beach. I wish there was a free shuttle to puka beach because it's also a bit far and i hope their shuttle service is24 hours so it would be better since transpo expenses is a bit expensive at night. In the morning, we don't have a problem since it's only 20 pesos but at night it can reach to 100-150 pesos. Huge difference right? But indeed, it was a great experience :)

Great staffs' and affordable hotel

We had a great time in Boracay because the people at Orient Beach are nice and helpful. The room was beautiful and affordable. It would be perfect if their free shuttle service can cater guests earlier for someone who wants to catch the sunrise. But overall experience was alright and highly recommended!

Pleasant Stay

The hotel is located in a "local" neighborhood around little more than two miles away from D'mall (heart of Boracay.) The hotel provides useful free shuttle from 9 am to 9 pm to D'mall. Rooms were clean and AC functional. The shower did not have high water pressure. WiFi connection needs to be improved. There is around 5 or 6 different breakfast choices to pick from. Overall the service and friendliness of the hotel staff made the hotel stay pleasant.

Worst hotel ever!

Prepare on arrival to walk up a flight of stars and carry your own luggage to a room which smells like smoke, dirty floor and one dirty towel on the floor which is dirty .... Ohh and expect not to get any towels for you to go take a shower. If you want it you need to call staff like 3 times at the front desk and if you check in at 2am like we did expect the security guy not to answer the front desk at all. They will only give you completely water for the 1st day even though in the room it says complement water and coffee that they don't put every day and again you have to call staff 3 times from room until your better off approaching them so you can get coffee satchel. I also called the front desk because I ran out of toilet paper they said they would bring it. I waited 30 mins and again i went down stairs and the guy complete forgot. He was very apologetic about and gave me an extra toilet roll. Once they cleaned the room they took the extra toilet role that was given. Breakfast menu was not clear at all. They need to work on it. Breakfast was delivered on time to the room with NO cutlery, no coffee and no juice. There was no way to eat my breakfast without any cutlery. I called the front desk twice and they said they will send it. About 30 mins later still no cutlery. Again i went down stairs and spoke to the guy who was on his phone. He was apologetic and i asked him for make thd breakfast again because it was cold. He did and apologized. The safe in the roo

Overbooked, no room for us and horrible night

I checked in middle of night, 3am because of my flight. But they didn't have room for us due to overbooking. Even I booked it a year ago through Expedia. They just gave us unfinished renovating villar. The room's floor was terrible. Dust was everywhere and room's door didn't lock at all. In the morning, down floor started hammering and lots of noise of remodeling. The most scary part is that in the middle of night someone was kept ringing the doorbell. 1am, 2am, 3am til 4am kept ringing the doorbell on and on. Maybe that was robbery or killer. They want us to open the door without consiousness after sleeping. We were so scared and called the hotel but they didn't answer the call. What a disaster!! We just ignored the doorbell ringing until morning and rarely slept whole night. Fortunately, the sun rose and we survive the horrible night.

Nice friendly staff

Rooms were very clean staff very friendly and helpful only problem is that there was no pool as this is a new hotel not all advertised amenities are complete apart from that was pleased

Don't stay here, faulty towers

We book this hotel for 3 days of our holiday 31st December - 3rd January, Hotel room had bad air conditioning which gave me and my partner a bad chest and cough, room save not screwed down so did see the point of it being there, when could be carried out the room easy. Phone in room broke, and took hotel over a day to return it.. Cracks in the walls of hotel bedrooms. Breakfast wrong order everyday, and not very nice, ended up having to get antibiotics..

Worst stay ever. Water supply was mostly shut off for the bulk of our stay, no free wifi as mentioned, tv was down, and the list goes on.

Wonderful Hotel and Staff

This is an excellent hotel with very pleasant staff. Room was spacious and clean, hotel itself is new and modern looking, it is located a good distance (about 7-10 min away) from D-Mall (main hang out/activity area on the island) so there are no loud bars or taxis/bikes at night. The staff was probably the part that made me like this hotel the most. They are friendly, prompt, respectful and helpful. The shuttle drove us the mall and beach, couple of nights we skipped dinner and then got hungry and they ordered food for us and had it delivered late at night, breakfast was served on time and food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Book with confidence people, this place has all around great accommodations and service.
