"I wish they had let me know when I booked that there is no reception and checking in is virtual. I only found out when I arrived at the hotel. We stood outside for well over 30 min trying to enter details on the app that kept erroring.
I called, but it went to voicemail- still haven’t got a call back.
It’s a pity as the rooms are pretty. Also to note for those that are light sensitive there are very bright street lights and only shutters on the windows. "

"Parking outside was easy by the time I arrived. Having external access to the apartment was unexpected and caused me some initial confusion (but the info was in the welcome envelope). Not clear what the key card was for, but the physical key opened and locked the apartment. Relatively quiet overnight (it was a Tuesday). Good value and way cheaper than local hotels, warm and comfortable. Good quality towels and a bed that I found comfortable."

"Unhabitable!!
Some of the issues we reported! Mould in the bathroom, stains on the bedroom floors, existing damage to the kitchen worktops, signs & symptoms (gurgling) of kitchen sink becoming blocked, patch repairs on the walls and tv remote control missing its back plate and batteries.
Shower tray was allowing water to escape resulting in puddles of water on the floor after each person showers and therefore becoming a slip hazard. Shower head leaking and water temperature fluctuating...
