Hotel Murah di Boscombe

"Parking in front of hotel a bonus, short walk to beach and easy walk to train station. Could do with cleaning the tray that tea &coffee is on, it was filthy. The carpet on the side of the bed needs vacuuming. TV remote control was really dirty. Bathroom sink a bit awkward to use and mold on sealant in bathroom. But overall adequate stay, pretty quiet. You can’t however control other people and them not slamming doors and creaking around. Quite thin small towels. Breakfast was not offered and...

"Very friendly management. We had a large spacious room with a king size bed. The door to our room was tricky to unlock and it would have been nice to have a shelf in the shower for the soap. Great location by the beach with very good places to eat nearby."

"Room very dated and smelt like an old people’s home. Couldn’t open the windows. However it was spotlessly clean and the bedding & towels good. The staff weren’t around on arrival & a cleaner tried to check me in. There was a wedding party so guess that might have been why but not great service. On check out a similar scenario- no one at reception & a man just said you’ll have to wait for receptionist to return. I had several messages from the hotel telling me I would need to pay for parking....

"Never really write reviews but maybe that goes some way to show how impressed I was. Staff feel as though they care about the place and in a world where customer service in hospitality is struggling it was so refreshing. Will definitely be back next time I have to stay in the area. Food was excellent for the price point."

"Hotel was well situated for walking to beach and shops. Depending on the room allocated the only small draw- back was very noisy on a Saturday night ( disco or live music) thankfully finished around 12 midnight. Apart from that enjoyed my stay."

"Had bed bugs left itching, unable to sleep properly, sash window was broken so couldn’t close it. Breakfast was over priced. Paid for a large single bedroom but was told only one size paid £250+ for two nights and breakfast, to see on the form it showed £58 per night won’t be booking again through Expedia complete rip off"
