Nothing was too much trouble and the team chatted to us throughout the evening. Breakfast the following morning was top notch (my particular favourites being the sausage and bacon). "Fantastisk og charmerende. Og hundevenligt. Men selvom for folk der ikke havde hund (som mig) var det også fint. Jeg blev ikke generet af de andre hunde. Og der var så mange fine gamle og skæve ting at kigge på. Rigtigt dejligt originalt og autentisk britisk. "

"Our stay was very comfortable and it was a great location for our stopover between Scotland and Devon. The host was very efficient, friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the en suite bathroom which had a sensor light. This made any night time toilet trips impossible to make without waking someone up with the light and extractor fan. The shower pressure was very weak & the sink was tiny. All completely clean and functional...

"Peaceful & rural location with beautiful outlook over fields & hills, but just a 10 minute easy walk to village & the Red Lion (excellent evening meal 😋). Cosy & comfortable stay."
