"The staff were friendly and efficient. Renovations are not yet complete. I was pleased to find a window that would open. It was puzzling to find no coffeemaker in the room, but easy to use the always-available coffee maker in the lobby. Having only one chair in a room for two seemed chintzy."

"Upon arrival we were told we couldn't check in till exactly 4:00 pm which I guess is standard. Staff behind the counter were nice and helpful. There are signs all over the place indicating there is construction happening due to the construction, parking was very limited. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The refrigerator and kitchen were also clean. The hotel was super expensive however due to the balloon fest happening that weekend they did not have breakfast or coffee in the lobby"
