"Very nice rooms and gaming. Short staffed during the week. Took two hours to get bread loaf and a pizza. The AC was not working. Called and reported for the second time at 330 in the morning. They can straight away to fix it and gave an extended checkout but it still was not working when we left "

"The state itself was excellent. The room was very nice clean and very appropriate and I really appreciate the staff in their hospitality. We came at a time when they were doing remodeling/construction but we could not tell other than what we saw tomorrow. It was overall a good experience and I highly recommend this hotel. "

"I actually booked the wrong night, but the typing lady at the counter said"No worries, let me see what I can do!" Luckily, there was a room available. "

"It was surprisingly clean and very large rooms. Bartenders by the pool were not interested in being there. Front desk were efficient but when we arrived early for check in they would just give canned answers and weren’t interested in helping or providing personalized customer support. But honestly would still go back because the music venue is great and so were the rooms."

"The room was a wreck. The door had been kicked in and the privacy lock broken, and neither had been repaired. The window had been replaced with a piece of masonite. The room was totally unsecure and dirty. There were were piles of linens and bed covers on the ground outside that had been there for days. Trash piled up around the trash cans. I tried to get a refund, but the hotel did not answer calls from Hotels.com. I ended up turning my key and going to another hotel."
